Linden Rd between Court St and Corunna Rd ... 11-11-19 1pm ... Ordered drive thru hot & ready.. He said it was expired we'd have to wait ... saw him walk a pizza in the back ... came out a minute later with pizza ... got home 5 minutes away ... Stone Cold, utterly dry, hard pizza with burnt cheese ... AWFUL!! Guess we got the expired pizza after all!😡😡😱🤮

Checked your box before you pull off they gave me a old and ready the pizza was super dried out and burnt! If I didn’t live so far I would’ve tossed that damn pizza back through the window.

Always messing up my order or it's burnt. So go to the ones not in flint

I attempted to order delivery on 5-20-2020. My order was canceled after the money was taken from my account. They said there were no deliveries available. The charge pending until the 21st which it is now a complete processed payment and the money was taken from my account. I want my refund for an order I didn’t even receive. I tried calling the location and the manager informed me there was nothing she could do but to call the automated line. When I called the automated line, the voicemail was full. I want my refund. This is ridiculous.

Pizza tasted old even though they scanned it when I got there. Place had no plates or napkins, will not return

Me and my boyfriend just got a touch of food poisoning from eating cheese bread here.

Waited for 20 minutes in the drive through just for them to tell us to just go somewhere else cause noone was working..NOT happy!!! They could have told us when we ordered that there was noone there..I will be contacting corporate 1

This is by far the best little Ceasers! I've delt with franchise office for large sporting events, and they're always accommodating right from the cooks to the owner!! Highly recommend our hometown Ceasers!!!A++++

They told us 20 - 25 mins for pick up, but the line was ridiculous when we got there. We ended up waiting another 35 mins in line just to get our pizza. Then once home, see that the parmesan cheese crust wasnt put on the pizza but I was charged for it. The pizza itself was ok, but not worth the $32 I paid. I'll be going to Jets or Hungry Howie's next time.

Please tell me why no matter what day or time you can never get a hot an ready!!! And if u do by chance get a pizza its burnt black and old as all hell.....

An absolute dumpsterfire. This place is not what it used to be. There are a bunch of high school kids that don't give a care in the world about customers or anyone else there but themselves. I waited 25 minutes for cheese sticks after I arrived at the location 20 minutes from when my oder was placed. There were about 6 other people waiting in the entrance without being served. Cashier's didn't pay attention to customers, had rude manners and were pretending we weren't there. I feel like this goes on every day. I had been a regular here for 7 years or so and I am happy to say I will take my business elsewhere.

Love the pizza!! I have been a customer for many many years, ever since the had buy one get one free! Hence the logo, "Pizza Pizza". Great crust!

Hot N' Not Ready. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for their lunch box special. They were out of regular pepsi and offered no appology for the wait. I still had to wait for my food when I pulled up to the window and the cashier still questioned what I ordered. If the Drive-Thru lane didn't have us blocked in, I would have left and bought lunch elsewhere

The new Hot N Ready menu is great. Just drive up and you can get more than just a pepperoni pizza! Great idea!

Very rude young employees who try to purposely annoy customers. On several occasions two employees in particular (young ladies) have pretended to not understand my name or pronounce it even after me spelling it out (Battles) on the phone and in person or developed a sudden case of deafness when hearing it. They are by no means deaf and even so the name and number comes up on the caller ID. It has been repeated back to me correctly by others. One of them has refrained from the annoyance lately but the other one continues. I am sure they have at least an elementary education whereas being able to read. I think it is purposely done to annoy me. I am clearly their senior but behavior wouldn't be appropriate otherwise. Their behavior is not at all professional nor cute. Management should know how their employees behave while serving customers. Oh yes I am a regular customer.

I walked in and ordered an extramostbestest pizza. I always look at it before buying so I look at it and it's charched and over-cooked. The guy tells me it's because they sprinkled cheese over it. Dude! Charched is charched, over-cooked is over-cooked...smdh! I'm done with Linden Rd Little Caesars!

It's nostalgic. This particular one was the neighborhood place for slices back when.

If I could give negative or below ZERO I would. I order 3 pizzas online for delivery. I never received my food. I call the store and they say they don’t have any delivery drivers at that time. Ok fine, just put my money back on my card. The next couple of days pass STILL no money back. The manager says DoorDash has my money. How? I never user DoorDash I went through little Caesars! Long story short I’m out of Money and never received any food. I would never use this little Caesars again!!! They don’t resolve issues cause they could have easily just made my food or gave me my money back after I showed them my transaction!!! Don’t Order food from here You are WARNED!!!

HORRIBLE!!! If I could give one star I would. Not only is their service slow, they don’t make up or admit to their mistakes. There is no management over the employees who clearly are in over their heads! The portal is useless. Ordered pizzas through the portal only to come to find they forgot to cook one of them. So they expected us to wait for the other pizza to cook while the other pizzas on the order sat and got cold!! Then when we asked, were the other pizzas just sitting in the cold while the other one cooked and the workers response was “I couldn’t tell you” really?!? You have got to be kidding me. This is the most incompetent little Cesar’s I have ever experienced. Totally unacceptable. Do not come here!!

We used to come to this location all the time. This is the second time we have been told to park and they would bring out our order....I had to go in and get it myself. If I had wanted to go in I would have done it in the first place. They seemed understaffed for the amount of business they had coming and going.

After the local HH put me on hold for what seem like For ever.. They made a great pizza an bread an very fast

Ordered inside 3 hours before close. Waited over 40min after they said it would be 15min. Went to go inside and the door was locked 2 hours before close. They did not have my order ready and they didn't even have it right when it was ready. Stood outside the drive thru window for 20min to find out it wasn't right and to get a refund. I will never go here again. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with this.

Wednesday night is pizza night for the family is always good

This is the worse Little Caesars I have ever ordered from. My pizza came burnt and I called and the lady that answered said she was going to exchange it but 2 hours later no pizza. And to top it off they hung up on me when I tried to call back and took the phone off the hook, I had a busy signal now Everytime I call. I was not mean or and I didn't even get mad at all. Now I am upset because that's wrong what they did.

Called in a pick up order, i was told 15 mins and it would be ready, so i arrived at the establishment and they proceeded to tell me my order isnt ready yet, be 8to10 mins. Really frustrating when you order something and they tell you how long, and you come to pick up, and still not ready. Sad part really wasnt that busy. Definitely not happy with this establishment, this isnt the first ive had an issue. Terrible establishment, just ridiculous.Then a worker is leaving for the evening, and walks out into the lobby with his boxers hanging out, really. This place is not the professional...wow
